Fence installation is affected by more than the number of linear feet. Terrain, access, existing fencing, gates, grade changes, landscaping, utilities, neighboring improvements, and property boundaries can all affect the scope.
During the estimate, we walk the proposed fence line, discuss the desired material and configuration, review gate locations, and identify visible conditions that should be considered before work begins.
Homeowners are responsible for confirming property boundaries. Existing survey markers or documentation can be helpful. When a boundary is uncertain, a licensed surveyor may be appropriate before permanent fence installation.

Installation & Cleanup
Posts, fence sections, gates, hardware, and included finish details are installed according to the approved project scope, followed by cleanup and a final walkthrough.
